What is Small Group Training? Small group training is a systematic, periodised program designed for 6-10 people covering multiple aspects of exercise designed to obtain maximum results, despite the large range of multiple skill levels and goals.
With this in mind, female only group sessions involve small groups limited to 10 participants or less where training is fun, comfortable, affordable, but still small enough to retain high quality.

Tammy will conduct several small group GIRLS ONLY sessions that will run in 6 week blocks. Scheduled for certain days and times that suit clients, sessions run for either 30 or 60 minutes and centre on specific FUN TITLES, such as, "SLAM JUNK", “HOT SUMMER NIGHTS”and “ISLAND GIRLS”.
The principle behind the program titles is to break away from traditional classes and enable women to choose their own training and exercises based upon how they feel at the time! Some days we don’t have much energy and just feel like going a bit slower paced, some days we feel excited & full of energy, some days we could take on the world!
